Iris Grewe

Iris Grewe is the regional leader for Germany, Switzerland and Austria at BearingPoint where she is responsible for the cross-industry structuring and management of the consulting business with respect to clients, employees and service offerings. As Partner in Financial Services, she also focuses on Banking and Capital Markets. Iris has been leading business strategy, transformation and integration projects and programs across Europe, APAC and the US for over 15 years. Her clients include locally and globally operating banks and financial services providers as well as trading, clearing and settlement organizations tackling digital and regulatory change as well as operational excellence. As author of various publications, Iris deals with innovations in the banking sector, agile enterprise transformation and a broad range of regulatory topics. At BearingPoint, she was promoted to Partner in 2010. Iris has been a member of the Swiss Management Board since 2015 and joined the global Management Committee in 2017.
