Pierre-Olivier Bouée

Pierre-Olivier Bouée joined Capgemini in May 2020 as Global Sales Officer for Financial Services and was then appointed as Head of Continental Europe for Financial Services on 1 January 2023.

Prior to Capgemini, Pierre-Olivier served in various roles in Insurance and Banking. Before joining the Financial Services industry, Pierre-Olivier started his career in 1997 at the French Treasury, working as Deputy head for the office of international debt and Deputy General Secretary for the Paris Club (the informal group of creditor nations whose objective is to find workable solutions to payment problems faced by debtor nations). He then worked at McKinsey (in the Paris, New York and Bruxelles offices) from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on financial institutions.

He joined Aviva plc in 2004 as Group Strategy Director and then headed Aviva’s businesses in Central and Eastern Europe until 2008. He moved to Prudential plc, where he held a variety of roles including Group Business representative at Prudential’s Asian business, before becoming in 2013, Group Chief Risk Officer. He then joined Credit Suisse where he was Group Chief Operating Officer until October 2019.
