DR. OLIVER LITZKA

Olivier Litzka has served as a partner at Andera Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, since 2006. Together with his colleagues, he both developed the Andera Life Sciences activity to one of the major funds in Europe supporting entrepreneurs and companies in the biotech and medtech space, and helped to grow the overall Andera group to a € 4,4 bn AUM European VC and PE leader.

Olivier Litzka currently serves on the boards of numerous biotech and medtech companies in Europe and the US.

Olivier Litzka has a Ph.D. in molecular microbiology from the Institut für Genetik und Mikrobiologie in Munich.

After his academic research period, he started his business career in 1998 with Mercer Management Consulting before joining 3i Group plc in 2000 with a focus on biopharma and medtech investments.
